FAQ – Where is the location of the practical training?

Your course with the Australian Paramedical College will be mostly completed online but will be complemented by some face-to-face training at a Clinical Intensive Workshop.

The practical training of Clinical Intensive Workshops can be undertaken at a number of convenient locations around Australia.

If there is no location close to you, we have condensed the hands-on training into consecutive days (5 or 7 consecutive days, depending on which course you are studying) which makes traveling to attend even more convenient.

Our main college campus is located at Burleigh Heads, on the Gold Coast Queensland. It is a purpose-built state-of-the-art training facility with modern equipment that is used by practicing paramedics. This campus includes; lecture rooms, injection and cannulation practicing stations, scenario-based training rooms, a custom-built simulated practice ambulance, and 2 x working ambulances. This campus also is home to our administrative support staff, our IT department, and the wonderful Student Success team. Located just minutes from Australia’s number one swimming spot (as voted by Wotif 2019), many of our students opt to travel from all over Australia and stay for a few days after their workshops.

Take a closer look at our training locations below:

Queensland – Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast

New South Wales – Tweeds Head, Newcastle, Bankstown and/or Wetherill Park (locations vary to comply with Covid restrictions)
