They are currently recruiting Outbound Membership Services Consultants to join their Ambulance Victoria Team. In this role you will be responsible for contacting Members to update their contact information and take renewal payments, where applicable. Customer contact will be outbound calls.

  • Start Date: Monday, 2nd July 2018
  • Melbourne CBD location, close to public transport
  • Rotating Roster: 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday
  • 3 Month Casual Contract, with possible extension
  • Casual Pay Rate: $25.26 per hour + super
  • Approximately 35 paid hours per week
  • 3 days paid classroom style training

  • Previous customer service and sales experience in call center, hospitality or retail will be highly regarded
