How to become a paramedic if you didn’t finish high school.
To become a registered Paramedic and work with a State Ambulance Service, you will be required to obtain a bachelor’s degree at University. You must successfully complete a Bachelor of Paramedic Science (or equivalent) and obtain registration through AHPRA.
“But I didn’t finish high school, can I still become a paramedic?”
If you didn’t finish high school, you most likely won’t be eligible for direct entry into university. But don’t panic, because there are other ways you can get into university to become a registered paramedic.
