Registered Paramedics & New Graduates, EMT’s (Cert IV in Health Care) and Registered Nurses – Job

Fletcher International Exports, is in the manufacturing industry, and your prime role would be to provide pre-hospital emergency care.
This Medico role will see you in a supportive, dynamic and at times high pressure environment. A typical shift may see you dealing with a wide variety of incidents including muscular injuries, trauma, amputations, illness, mental health, cardiac, stroke, substance abuse/intoxication, burns, etc.
Additional Roles – being experienced in the following criteria is desirable but not essential (Our Company will provide further training and development if unexperienced in the listed areas below)
- Support Return to Work Program
- Performing work site assessments, and job task analyses across a variety of job-tasks
- Clinical interpretation of medical certificates
- Delivery of Injury Prevention initiatives and programs
- Help coordinate injury cases to assist with a safe Return to Work, in accordance with legislative and departmental requirements

You will also undertake and complete administrative tasks including handling employee records and other documents as required by the company.
What you’ll need to be successful
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Ability to undergo a criminal history and working with children check;
- Current unencumbered driver’s license;
- Updated immunisations;
- Ability to obtain registration; and
- Ability to work full-time
