FAQS – Can I gain Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for my course?

You’ve worked hard to get your current qualifications and you’d like to use them to transition into pre-hospital emergency medicine.

If you are looking for a pathway into pre-hospital emergency health care we can appropriately assess your current qualifications and work experience to determine if your skill and experience meets competency standards required to grant Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

If you have been granted RPL for a unit of competency, you do not have to complete it all over again. However, many of our students who have gained RPL and/or credit transfer, choose to complete all of the units, so they can brush up on their clinical skills and knowledge.

For more information about the Recognition of Prior Learning process you can visit our policy page or contact us on 1300 377 741.
