National Head of First Aid Training
Real Response (Formally Real First Aid) is a start up launched in October 2014, with the aim to be different from any other training provider out there. They specialize in simulation training which has never before been offered in Australia. They utilize role playing and props such as fake blood, stage make-up, flashing lights, sirens and pyrotechnics to create a realistic training environment.
Make no mistake, they are no regular training company. They are unique in every way and are looking for like-minded people to come aboard. Their main goals are to deliver top-tier training, leave there students with a remarkable experience they will never forget, and save lives in the process.
About the Role:
Real Response is looking for a remarkable individual who can lead the team of dedicated instructors, manage professional development, develop new course content and train courses domestically and internationally. Creativity is a must!
The role will include:
- Leading current first aid training staff
- Delivering first aid courses
- Curriculum development
- Assisting with recruitment
- Equipment management
- RTO compliance
- Traveling interstate and overseas
*As the National Head of Training, this role will be a mixture of operational training and office-based work in St Kilda.
They require all applicants to have:
- Paramedical, emergency nursing, military medicine or other direct experience within the emergency medical field
- Current police check (or willingness to acquire)
- Current working with children’s check (or willingness to acquire)
They prefer applicants to have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116)
